I’m Celeste, the owner and lead balloon designer behind Connecticut Balloons LLC. I create classic, innovative, and grand balloon designs that bring energy, beauty, and joy to celebrations, brand experiences, and meaningful gatherings. From organic installations to statement focal points, I approach every project with creativity, care, and hands-on dedication.
